The Job:

Oversee the month end closing process and monthly management reports compilation for life insurance business

Ensure proper and timely filing of Head Office/Local regulatory financial reports

Assist in the compilation of Company's Business Plan

Assist in ad-hoc projects

Develop and coach a competent team

 

The Person:

Relevant university degree plus ACCA, HKICPA or equivalent

Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience including at least 5 years of managerial experience in life insurance or audit, ideally with Big 4

Conversant in IFRS/US GAAP/HK GAAP and life insurance knowledge

Sound problem solving abilities

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Accounting Officer – Investment Team

(Finance Department)

The Job:

Maintain investment registers and general ledger for purchases, sales and corporate actions of securities

Prepare trade settlement with custodians and brokers

Perform regular reconciliations from register to general ledger and custodian statements

Liaise with Fund Managers and Custodians for investment transactions

Prepare cash projection for investment items

Assist in preparing month-end closing

Perform ad hoc projects as assigned

 

The Person:

University degree in finance or accounting

ACCA level 1 or equivalent

Minimum 1 year working experience in audit or accounting field

Good communication and interpersonal skills with good written and spoken English and Chinese

The Job:

Responsible for month-end / quarterly financial reporting

Maintain registers and general ledger for purchases and sales of investment funds

Perform settlement of investment trades and accounting entries of investment funds

Perform reconciliation between general ledger and valuation of investment funds

Assist in funds valuation and other finance functions as assigned from time to time

 

The Person:

University degree in finance or accounting

Assistant Accounting Officer / Accounting Assistant

The Job:

Maintain registers and general ledger for the purchases and sales of investment linked insurance products

Assist in the review of operational procedure and various computer system so as to ensure the efficiency of the team, and initiate changes if necessary

Perform regular reconciliations between general ledger and bank/custodian statements (for investment linked insurance products, Hong Kong Life transactions and credit card transactions

Assist in preparing the month-end financial reporting and ensuring its smooth operation and on-time completion

Other finance functions as assigned from time to time

 

The Person:

University degree in finance or accounting with working experience in the field of audit or accounting

At least 2 years relevant working experience

Good communication and inter-personal skills

Attention to details and able to work under pressure

The Job:

Provide technical support and consultancy to other IT teams

Monitor the network and server performance, security control and web servers

Evaluate the network and server products and services

Network and server administration and management

Maintain and monitor the Internet/ Intranet connectivity

Implement and support all Office Automation projects and applications

Responsible for the maintenance and scheduling of routine tasks across the network and systems

 

The Person:

University degree in Computer Science or equivalent, minimum 4 years of working experience

Holder of Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA) and hands-on experience in network server administration

Good knowledge in Windows, COM+ Server, MS Exchange, ISA, IIS, SharePoint, BizTalk, WebLogic, Internet and/or installation of large scale network, and information security

Able to provide Office Automation applications support and good project management skills

Customer Service Executive / Specialist

(Customer Service Department)

The Job:

Handle telephone enquiries regarding underwriting, policy service, claims and policy particulars

Serve walk-in customers at the service counter, including collecting premiums and issuing instant loan/dividend cheques

Draft correspondences to answer customers' enquiries

Shift duty is required (Shift allowances are paid according to the Shifts assigned)

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Customer Service Specialist

Fresh graduate with good servicing attitude will also be considered. Comprehensive training will be provided.

 

The Person:

University graduate with 1 - 2 years of experience in handle hotlines in customer service area

Service oriented, positive and willing to take challenge

Good communication and interpersonal skills with good written and spoken English and Chinese

Passed Paper I & III of IIQE preferred

PC literate in MS Office

The Job:

Responsible to perform reception duties for Customer Services Centre

Handle enquiries from walk in customers and agents

Collect and sort incoming documents and forms

Collect premium paid by cash, credit card, EPS, etc

 

The Person:

F.5 with 5 passes in HKCEE including English, Chinese and Mathematics

At least 1 year of working experience

Self-motivated & able to work under pressure

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese word-processing)

Working hours: Mondays to Fridays from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Saturdays from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm
