ING Customer Newsletter

The ING Customer Newsletter will be sent to existing life policyholders twice a year. For those who choose to receive the newsletter by email, only electronic versions of the newsletter will be sent.

"Welcome Kit" for Policyholders

A welcome kit will be sent to the policyholder of each new policy by the Company. The welcome kit consists of an interactive services leaflet, customer card, customer survey and a notification letter regarding the cooling-off period.

Courtesy Calls

The customer service staff will call and thank the policyholder of each new policy and make sure the related policy contract has been received.

Customer Promotion Activities

Clients can gain first-hand information about our promotion activities and news through our website. For specific events or programs, we may inform clients through mail, email or television and print advertising.

ILAS offering documents have been updated

To help customers better understand the investment-linked assurance scheme provided by ING Life, we have revised the offering documents (including product brochure, product key facts and investment choices brochure) which can be obtained from ING Life upon request, and are also available on the ING Life website.
