Pleasure Craft

The cover is divided into two sections: -

Section 1: Loss or Damage
	Accidental loss of or damage to the Insured Craft
	Sue and Labour expenses reasonably and properly incurred in minimising a loss covered by the policy
	Salvage charges incurred in preventing a loss covered by the policy

Section 2: Liability to Third Party including passenger
	Legal Liabilities to Third Parties arising out of the use of the craft up to the value of the vessel or subject to a minimum of HK$600,000

Warranty:
	the craft is used for private and pleasure purposes
	for craft over 10 years of age, underwriters reserve the right to demand a full condition survey conducted by an independent surveyor at the assured's expenses
